As a Workplace Planning & Technology Project Manager, I am responsible for high-visibility & high-priority projects. My journey with WPT began as soon as I transferred, managing the redevelopment of Apple’s internal COVID-19 healthcheck systems during the Return-to-Work transition. As COVID-19 protocols became less necessary in our day-to-day lives, shifted focus to the ongoing ServiceChannel onboarding for Corporate RE&D, and the re-engineering and enhancement of Retail Facilities systems as they continue integration in to our Organization.
Partnered closely with internal Privacy counsel to ensure that the systems being developed and their data retention policies were aligned with Apple’s high-stands of Privacy.
Worked to navigate international policies, writing clear & consistent terms of service to ensure employees fully comprehended what data was being retained and how it would be utilized.
Worked side-by-side with WPT’s Engineering team to ensure the applications achieved the level of polish expected from Apple.
Lead RE&D across EHS, OH, & WPT to implement stricter standards for data retention following introduction of new Cal-OSHA regulations.
Assisted with the scoping of a re-imagined approach to how Real Estate & Development will achieve the best work of their lives in a more streamlined and polished approach than ever.
Leading a complete overhaul of the Retail Planned and Reactive Maintenance platforms from the ground up. This new approach will massively shift areas of ownership and responsibility to the appropriate parties, and will introduce new levels of efficiency throughout the finance review processes.
Introduced a number of concepts and foundations with the enhancement of these Retail systems that will have impacts throughout WorkPlace Web, and RE&D globally.
